In 1995, a large armed robbery occurred in Guangdong which shocked the whole country. A bank cash truck was robbed by five armed robbers, causing a loss of $15 million and three bank's escorts were killed. The police set up a task force, led by Wang Shouyue (Lam Ka Tung) and He Lan (Zhang Songwen).
